• How accurate are you?
    We guarantee a 98% or higher rate of accuracy and it is typically closer to 99%.
 
  • What format should my audio be in?
    We accept all digital and analog formats. Although we highly recommend digital audio or standard audio cassettes as the quality of recording is much higher, we are committed to providing the best possible transcription service based on the audio you send us.
 
  • Why digital recording?
    Digital recordings are not only crisper and cleaner than analog audio (tapes), but it will save your business both time and money. You will essentially eliminate the need for tapes, storage space, and shipping. All of your files can be stored and catalogued electronically and your audio files can be sent almost instantaneously to us for transcription.
 
  • How do I submit my dictation?
    We offer three convenient dictation options. Dictation can be submitted over the phone using our Dial-In Dictation System 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or dictation can be recorded on a digital handheld recorder and transmitted electronically to us, either by email or FTP upload, or your cassette tapes can be sent to our offices. Please go to our Customer Center to complete a Submittal Form for whichever service best meets your needs. All projects submitted electronically will be submitted online, eliminating the need for paper.
  • How are completed transcripts returned to me?
    Completed transcripts are returned by email in MS Word or WordPerfect format. If you require a different format, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you require a paper copy of your transcript, it will be sent by First Class Mail unless you request express delivery at your expense. Please refer to our Services and Rates section for pricing information on paper copies.
  • What turnaround times do you offer?
    We offer Basic (7-14 business days), Standard (3-6 business days), and Rush (1-2 business days). Please refer to our Services and Rates section for pricing information. If you require same-day service, please call our offices prior to submitting your order to confirm availability and rates.
  • What payment methods are available?
    Payment can be made by check, Visa or MasterCard. Payment for first-time customers is due prior to the completed transcript being delivered. Regular customers are billed monthly.
  • What if I want to test your services?
    We will gladly setup a Dial-In Dictation account for you within a day of your call so that you can dictate up to 500 lines without any charge or obligation.
